Need for Speed Rivals is the spiritual successor to 1999's Need for Speed: High Stakes and has similar gameplay to 2010's Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit with exotic cars and high-speed police chases. The game is to be released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on 19 November 2013, will also be released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One later in 2013. It is a spiritual successor to 1999's Need for Speed: High Stakes.
