If you are getting the Error 1017 for logging in Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, there is a way to make it easier for you to log in. Make sure Num Lock is turned on and then use 0 on the numpad once you are at the title screen of the game. If you keep hitting 0 you will eventually get into a quoue and log in. Just be careful not to only spam it without looking, because it could cancel your quoue.
