The Xbox 360 version of Titanfall will be getting the co-op update next week. The Frontier Defense game mode is a really fun cooperative multiplayer mode that arrived on PC and Xbox One a month ago, it pits a team of four players against waves of enemies with the objective to defend a "vital objective", with the difficulty increasing with each wave.
This mode is great for those who want some PVE action in Titanfall. The mode received very positive reception from those who played it, so it is welcoming news that Xbox 360 owners will get a chance to play it as well.
The patch also introduces ranked online play to the Xbox 360 version, and features "Rank Chips" which measure players' activity in Titanfall and occasionally gives out rewards. Lastly, the update introduces new Titan insignias and a full-screen mini-map option to the game.
It looks like EA wants the Xbox 360 version of Titanfall to be as good as the PC and Xbox One versions, and have noted that they will keep updating the game so all three versions are identical in gameplay features, and updates.
